I found her standing,

At ‘Cabo Finisterre’

Washing her feet –

As if she was waiting,

At the edge of the earth,

For another lost soul.

In this place –

We sought and found,

something, bigger than,

Anyone or anything,

That we’d ever known.

And so began –

Our own little mutiny,

Swearing no oath,

Holding no allegiance,

To anyone –

But one another.
